LOCKERT WEDDING

Ashley Nicole Vandivort and William Richard Lockert were married March 1 at Ashland City, Tenn. The Rev. Rick Dement performed the ceremony.

The bride, born at Houston, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Vandivort of Nashville, Tenn.

The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Mike Lockert.

Maid of honor was Amber Vandivort. Bridesmaids included Beth Thompson, Hannah Postlewaite, Beth Roysden, Heather Lockert and Victoria Lewis.

Best man was Bradley Lockert. Groomsmen included Luke Aull, Aaron Vandivort, Brandon Roysden, Ben Corn and Sam Melton.

Ring bearers were Jackson Melton and Anthony Lain. Bell ringer was Jackson Lain. Flower girl was Emma Beth Lewis.

Dr. James Stevens was pianist for the ceremony. Shawn Birmingham played the flute and Ben Corn and Emily Ketteman sang, “When You Say You Love Me.”

A reception dinner was at the First Baptist Church of Pleasant View, Tenn. Aunts of the bride, Diana Trentham of Licking and Denise Brake of Buffalo, and a cousin, Shelly Laning of Salem, catered the meal.

After a honeymoon, the couple resides at Charlotte, Tenn., where the bride is in her last semester of college in Nashville, Tenn.

Among those attending the ceremony were the bride’s grandparents, Bernice Morrison of Licking and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Morrison of Tuscumbia.
