On of the attractions at this year’s Emmett Kelly Clown Festival in Houston was the weiner dog competition sponsored by The Animal Shelter of Texas County. Here is the final heat of the competition. Maggie, owned by Amy and Oggie Murillo of Houston, was the winner.
