Flowers and trees are alike in many ways. They both have roots and make their own food. They are both plants that need air, water and sunlight to live. Flowers are trees are both very beautiful! They are both extremely colorful, too! Flowers and trees have a lot in common.
Flowers and trees are also very different. Trees are way taller than flowers. Flowers have petals and trees have leaves. Trees have bark and flowers don’t have bark. Trees don’t have stems and flowers do. Even though they have a lot of similarities, flowers and trees aren’t the same.
