“Queen Elizabeth,” submitted by Sheila Wright, is the winner in the American Family Insurance Halloween Costume Contest.
Votes were submitted online by the public. All proceeds go to the Herald’s Newspaper In Education program at Houston Elementary School.
The top three finishers will be paired by local photographers for a free photo shoot. “My Little Spook,” submitted by Lana Brown, was second. “Minnie Mouse” from Jeff McNiell was third.
