Mariya Kleyn of Champaign, Ill., daughter of Gregory and Svetlana Kleyn of Des Plaines, Ill., and Kirby Vandivort of Champaign, Ill., son of Bill and Sharrion Vandivort of Houston, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Kleyn is a graduate of Maine West High School in Des Plaines, Ill., and a 2004 graduate of the University of Illinois. She is a realtor.
Vandivort is a graduate of Houston High School and a 1998 graduate of University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a research programmer at the University of Illinois.
An early January 2010 wedding is planned at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Texas County.
