One person was freed by emergency personnel Tuesday night in a crash on Oak Hill Drive in Houston.
Members of the Houston Rescue Squad extricated Crystal Spencer, 24, of Mineral Drive, from a vehicle that came to rest on its top near Plainview Drive.
The Houston Fire Department and Houston Police Department were on the scene.
The woman was not believed to be seriously injured.
