Miriana: Unlawful possession of a firearm; operate motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; failure to register motor vehicle; fail to signal; gave improper signal when stopping/turning left or right; displayed/possessed motor vehicle/trailer plates of another person; no seat belt.
William J. Ipock Jr.: Operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; failure to register motor vehicle; as owner, operated or authorized another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility; no seat belt.
Kimberly A. Wolfe: Leaving scene of motor vehicle accident.
Robert W. Poe: Operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; as owner, operated or authorized another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
David Buchanan: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol prior offender; operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; speeding.
Justin D. Beasley: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol/drug intoxication; fail to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width; purchase/attempt to purchase or possession liquor by minor.
Daniel G. Campbell: Operated a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident; driving while intoxicated-alcohol; no seat belt.
Eric Whittington: Violation of order of protection for adult.
Sophus Hicks: Trespassing, first degree.
Jason K. Beller: Assault, second degree.
Terrance L. Wilson: Deliver/attempt to deliver/possession/deposit/conceal controlled substance at correctional facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail.
George Rader: Property damage, first degree.
Rhonda L. Reed: Provide reagents, solvents or precursor materials to another with intent of illegal production of controlled substance; possession of up to 35 grams marijuana/unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Levi A. Bittle: Leaving scene of motor vehicle accident-injury; property damage or second offense property damage, first degree.
Lee A. Rebert: Driving while intoxicated, prior offender; possession of up to 35 grams or marijuana; speeding.
Justin C. Brown: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol.
Michelle C. Marr: Operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; failure to register motor vehicle; as owner, operated or authorized another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
Sabrina E. Hood: Forgery.
Stanley Silva: Assault, attempt assault on a law enforcement official/willfully resists or opposes a member of patrol in the proper discharge of their duties.
Harrison E. Wehmeyer, Crystal Wengler, Kimberly J. Good and Teresa M. Ford, passing bad check less than $500.
George T. Wilcox: Tampering with motor vehicle, first degree; possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
Ryan A. Keeton: Assault, second degree; operated vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, three counts.
Steven F. Manson, domestic assault, third degree, first/second offense.
Colleen S. Palmer: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol; persistent offender; operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; operated a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.
Eric A. Whittington: Violation of order of protection for adult.
Adam W. Hance: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol.
Jerry Collins: Non-support, three counts.
Vernon Carman: Non-support.
Larry Tidwell: Non-support in each of six individual months within any 12-month period, amount owed is in excess of $5,000, two counts.
Karie L. Nelson: Stealing a motor vehicle.
Matthew P. Hubble: Domestic assault, third degree, first/second offense; property damage, second degree.
Ryan J. Yost: Peace disturbance, first offense.
Daniel Parker: Passing bad check, $500 or more, no account/insufficient funds.
Benjamin J. Crawford: Involuntary manslaughter, second degree.
Jennifer Bagley: Involuntary manslaughter, second degree, two counts.
Robert G. Morgan: Receiving stolen property, $500 or more, dealer in specific goods or explosive weapon.
John F. Cook: Involuntary manslaughter, first degree, intoxicated, death of a non-passenger/two or more persons/BAC 18 percent or more.
James Ditteiney: Operated motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked.
Thomas D. Reed: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol; no seat belt.
Sylvia N. Hicks: Operated a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner; driving while intoxicated.
David L. Moon: Operated a motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license revoked; failure to register motor vehicle.
