A Houston woman was injured Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 32 east of Lebanon.

A Licking woman escaped serious injury early Sunday in a crash about five miles north of her hometown on U.S. 63, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Tpr. Terry Nelson said a 2001 Chrysler driven westbound at about 12:30 a.m. by Brandi L. Duncan, 19, turned left into a private driveway and traveled along a fence row striking it. Nelson said the driver attempted to return to the roadway and struck a rock embankment and the vehicle came to rest nose down over a rock bluff.

Duncan, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, Nelson said.

The vehicle sustained extensive damage, he said.
