A Bucyrus man faces five charges, including felony driving while intoxicated as persistent offender, following his arrest Monday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Christopher B. Colgan, 24, was taken to the Texas County Sheriff’s Department for a 12-hour hold after the 11:45 p.m. arrest. He was also charged with driving on the wrong side of the roadway, passing another vehicle on a curve, no seat belt and driving while revoked.
