A Licking man facing a felony warrant for dangerous drugs was arrested Monday morning and held without bond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Levi C. Johnson, 30, was taken to the Texas County Jail following the 10:56 a.m. arrest. Along with the felony drug warrant from Phelps County, he was also charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
