The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Joseph A. Kaplan, 20, of 16915 Highway N at Licking, was issued a citation for disturbance of private peace after he was allegedly involved in a fight in the McDonald’s parking lot at about 8:15 p.m. Oct. 16.
•Leighana M. McNaughey, 17, of 6177 Highway 17 at Yukon, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after allegedly punching an 18-year-old girl in the face during an incident at an Oak Crest Drive residence at about 3:25 p.m. Oct. 22.
•Ardis F. Morton Jr., 33, of 777 W. Highway 17, Apt. 9, in Houston, was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 24 for having an active Texas County warrant for felony stealing a credit card or line of credit, felony second-degree burglary and two counts of misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit device. He was arrested at his residence by an officer who was aware of the warrant, and taken to the Texas County Jail where he was unable to post $150,000 bond.
•Daniel K. Labbee, 31, of 713 W. Chestnut St. in Houston, was issued a citation for third-degree domestic assault after an incident involving a 53-year-old woman at a Cedar Street residence at about 9:10 p.m. Oct. 15.
•Brandy R. Dewolfe, 37, of 17100 Tiffany Lane, Lot 0, in Houston, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after allegedly being involved in an altercation with a 39-year-old man at a Chestnut Street residence at about 11:25 p.m. Oct. 16. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 6-hour hold period.
