Two motorcycles collided Tuesday west of Licking, hurting their drivers.

Tpr. Jacob Sellars of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a westbound 2015 Harley Davidson operated by Michael J. Phoenix, 32, of Midland, Mich., struck the rear wheel of a 2010 Harley Davidson driven by Patrick J. Morris, 38, of Omaha, Neb. Sellars said the impact caused both motorcycles to go off the right side of Highway 32. The motorcycles struck a second time before both drivers were ejected, he said.

Phoenix was flown by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries. Morris was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
