A Licking man faces multiple charges following his arrest Wednesday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Joseph L. Hamby, 56, was charged with failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while revoked – second and felony chronic driving while intoxicated (alcohol). He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
