Ronnie Lee Sevedge, 69, passed away Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017, at Seville Care Center in Salem.
He was born Jan. 4, 1947, in Tyrone, son of Edgar and Lucy Folk Sevedge.
He lived most of his life in the Big Creek, Houston and Tyrone areas. After graduation from Houston High School, he joined the Navy. He served on the USS Independence, He was honorably discharged Oct. 31, 1969.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edgar Wayne.
Survivors include his children, Brad of Licking and Kellie of Colorado; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Sharon Sevedge of Salem and Donna Roberts of Houston.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Delbert Campbell officiating. Visitation is 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. His ashes will be buried in Tyrone Cemetery at a later date.
