A Houston area church has canceled its Sunday morning services due to continued heavy rain and rising water at Dogs Bluff.
Pastor Bill Villapiano said the 10:30 a.m. worship service at Faith Fellowship will not be held. The church is located just past Dogs Bluff on Highway 17. The highway has been closed twice the past 24 hours due to flood waters.
