The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

• Travis A. Ice, 36, of 5934 Highway DD at Houston, was cited on Oct. 10 for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Byron K. Dugger, 43, of 610 W. Third St., No. 39, in Mountain Grove, was on Oct. 6 issued three citations on for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on three times on Sept. 18.

• Michael W. Malota, 29, of 6352 Barry Lane in Houston, was cited for driving while revoked after a traffic stop on Highway 17 at about 1:40 a.m. Oct. 15. An officer made the stop after observing a maroon Honda passenger car traveling without working tail lights.

• Kolton C. Morgan, 21, of 14898 Sand Hollow Road at Bucyrus, was issued citations for peace disturbance and two counts of resisting arrest after an incident at a Highway 17 apartment building at about 3 p.m. Oct. 9. Officers were dispatched to the location regarding a report of several intoxicated males who were yelling and cursing at each other and possibly about to get into a fight. One of the males began running away after the officers arrived, and Morgan reportedly stepped in front of an officer who was about to pursue the runner.

When told to move, he reportedly refused. When he was told he was under arrest, Morgan reportedly resisted and was tased. He continued to resist, was tased again, and then relented.

A probable cause statement was sent to the county prosecutor about the 17-year-old male who ran away, seeking charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, peace disturbance and minor visibly intoxicated. Both suspects were taken to the Texas County Jail.

• Darren L. Bussard, 34, of 7075 Highway 17 at Houston, was cited for driving while revoked on Oct. 13.

• Brandi K. Masters, 34, of 112 Spruce St., No. 4, in Houston, was arrested Oct. 10 for having an active probation and parole warrant. She was taken to jail and held without bond.

• Kristina L. Choate, 38, of 142 N. Oak Crest Drive in Houston, was cited for peace disturbance after an incident Sept. 25 in the Walmart parking lot in which she allegedly yelled at, threatened and threw a soda at two men.
