Halloween costumes will be given away for free to low-income families from 2 to 4 p.m. this Sunday (Oct. 13) at the Wellness Studio at Grand Avenue and Pine Street in downtown Houston.

Houston’s annual Halloween event, Downtown Trick or Treat, will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, and allow children to receive candy and participate in several activities. Families and businesses are encouraged to set up a booth to distribute goodies.
