Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association (IECA) has an opening for a Bucket Truck Operator, a non-exempt position, in the Licking district office.  The position has generous full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a defined benefit retirement plan.

Under the direction of the District Superintendent, the bucket truck operator is responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground power distributions lines within the scope of his/her training and certification in a safe and efficient manner with accepted operations standards. Demonstrate expertise in the operations of all hotline tools, power line equipment including crimpers, saws, tree trimming tools, etc. to operate and maintain electrical system.

Applicant is required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have completed an approved electrical lineman apprentice program and is qualified as a journeyman lineman.

Applicants must have a valid CDL class A driver license.

Applicant selected must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment background check, and a post-offer WorkSTEPS functional employment test.
