Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association (IECA) has an opening for a Full-Time Underground Construction Foreman.  This position is non-exempt and will located in St. James Missouri.

The primary job duties will be to supervise a work crew and provide direction in all aspects of building and maintaining electrical distribution system, to include both underground and overhead lines. The Construction Foreman is also responsible for training and instructing linemen to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner within acceptable operation standards.

Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of six years practical experience in line construction, maintenance, and operations. Prior employee supervision preferred.

Applicants selected must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment background check, and a post-offer WorkSTEPS functional employment test. Must have a CDL class A driver license.
