Ida L. McKinney, 90, daughter of George and Elizabeth Hanley Lay, was born Nov. 14, 1910, at Tyrone. She died Feb. 18, 2001, at Cross Timbers Care Center at Lewisville, Texas. She married Paul McKinney June 25, 1928, at Houston. They had six children. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, April 22, 1985. Surviving are four sons, Dwain McKinney of Mapleton, Ill., Bobby McKinney of Victoria, Ill., Danny McKinney of Washington, Ill., and Dearl Lee McKinney of Decatur, Ill.; two daughters, Joyce Darlene Davidson of Aurora and Virginia Ruth James of Flower Mound, Texas; 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. Services are 2 o’clock Friday at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Ozark Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 7 o’clock tonight (Thursday) at the Evans chapel. “
