Mary Etta Obermark Bryant, 96, daughter of Henry and Martha Pursifull Obermark, was born Feb. 9, 1906, at Flat River. She died June 3, 2002, at Licking Park Manor. She married James “”Little Jim”” Edward Sullins Nov. 9, 1925, at Hazelton. They had seven children. She helped the elderly in their homes and worked for two years at the post office. She married Dorman Bryant Jan. 31, 1961, at Salem. He died Nov. 27, 1982. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by one son, Sunny Paul Sullins; a daughter, Eula Fay Sullins; her parents; six sisters, Josfean Obermark Curd, Laura Mae Hill, Kattern Evans, Eliza Esmond, Florence Obermark and Effie Courtney; two brothers, Bill and Henry Obermark; and two grandchil-dren. Surviving are five daughters, Laura Mae Poe of Houston, Mabel Hildreth, Opal Sullins and Arreda Buckner of Licking and Judy Kinder of Cabool; two stepchildren, Dorma Lee Tumey of St. Clair and Kenneth Bryant of Collinsville, Ill.; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren. Graveside services were June 6 at the Williams Cemetery with Dorma Lee Tumey officiating under the di-rection of Fox Funeral Home of Licking. “
