Sally Reed Shacklette, 86, daughter of Frank and Pearl Rodgers Reed, was born June 7, 1916, at Licking. She died Dec. 9, 2002, at her home in Houston. She married Nolin Shacklette May 31, 1937, in Texas County. They lived in the St. Louis area for several years. After his retirement, they moved to Houston, where they made their home for the last 15 years. Mrs. Shacklette enjoyed working on her crafts and collecting dolls. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters and one brother. Surviving are her husband; one sister, Peggy Johnson of Henderson, Nev.; and two brothers, Robert Reed and Oscar Reed of Licking. Services were Dec. 13 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wesley Wallace officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery. “
