Narson Noval Neal, 53, son of Joseph Ray Neal and Nellie June Neal, was born Jan. 1, 1951, at Bakersfield, Calif. He died March 20, 2004, at his home at Lynchburg. He kept busy raising his children and grandchildren. He was a great fisherman and enjoyed hunting. He was preceded in death by his son, Neilmon Neal; brothers, Nealin and Nolan; and parents. Surviving are his wife, Judy; children, Narson Noval Neal Jr., Neilson Nevin Neal and NeShanna Novella Neal; brothers and sisters, Netha Kmetz, Neldon Neal, Nelton Neal, Natrila Mace, Narlin Neal, Narlene Fletcher and Nynal Neal; and his extended family, Melissa, Chad and Laura. Graveside services were March 24 at the Craddock Cemetery with Nathan Pyatt officiating under the direction of Fox Funeral Home of Licking. “
