Kathleen F. Smallwood, 89, died April 28, 2004, at St. Agnes Nursing Home at Kirkwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Smallwood; and a son, Michael. A former Raymondville resident, she was survived by daughters, Carol S. Pittman of North Little Rock, Ark., and Kay F. Smallwood of Brentwood; brothers, Dan and Don Kelley; sister, Mavis G. Hopkins; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services were May 1 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Houston with the Rev. Wesley Wallace officiating. Burial was in the Allen Cemetery at Raymondville. “
