Cleda Lucille Bishop Suggs, 91, daughter of Frank and Ann Ford Bishop, was born July 2, 1913, in Texas County. She died Oct. 29, 2004, at University Park Care Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.She married Everett Suggs July 4, 1930, at Coffeyville, Kan., where they lived most of their life. They owned and operated a neighborhood grocery store for many years.After Mrs. Suggs’ health began to fail, she moved to Colorado Springs to be near her daughter.She was a life-long member of Trinity United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; a sister and grandchild.Surviving are a son, Derrill Suggs of Norman, Okla.; a daughter, Beverly Price of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Wayne Bishop of Coffeyville, Kan., and Donald Bishop of Pryor, Okla.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.Services were Nov. 5 at the Penwell-Gabel Graves Chapel with burial in the Fairview Cemetery. “
