Mary Ann Grim, 77, daughter of Cless Clu and Mary Marie Farris Davidson, was born July 27, 1928, at Mexico, Mo. She died Jan. 5, 2006, at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.She spent all of her childhood in the Mexico, Mo., area. She later lived in St. Louis and Paducah, Ky. In 1956, she moved to the Missouri Ozarks, where she continued to live. She was a nurse’s aide at Breech Medical Center in Lebanon and at Lake Regional Hospital at Osage Beach.She attended the Northside Church of God in Paducah and the Fairview Pentecostal Holiness Church at Bendavis. She was pastor of the Prittchet Church near Stoutland for a year.She played the mandolin and wrote poems and songs. She enjoyed sewing.She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Lynn Wring; and two sisters, Lola Pearl and Lora Mae Davidson.Surviving are her nine children, Gene Wring of Kevil, Ky., Billy Wring, Chuck Wring and Johnny Wring of Paducah, Ky., Kathy Hayes of Oscar, Ky., Linda Rodgers and Joy Friedman of West Paducah, Ky., and Bobby Wring and Debi Mings of Success; 25 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.Services were Jan. 9 at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Chapel at Hartville with the Rev. Larry Gayer officiating. Burial was in the Harmony Cemetery near Conway. “
