Edna Mae Vestal, 75, daughter of Garland and Nettie Hill Jones, was born Dec. 17, 1931, at Houston. She died May 26, 2007, at her home.
She lived most of her life in Houston.
Mrs. Vestal loved to go to church and spend time with her grandchildren. She baby-sat for many people and could be seen “wheeling” herself up the street to the senior center or to pay bills.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Vestal; and son, Larry Dean Team.
Surviving are her daughter, Judy Mae Fretueg of Houston; one brother, Wayne Jones of Solo; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services are 2 o’clock Friday at the Emory Cemetery near Bucyrus with the Rev. Russell Kane officiating under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
