Two 11-year-old boys were referred to juvenile authorities after a break-in at 508 S. Grand Ave. They admitted to taking coins and a Playboy magazine. The incident occurred June 1-8.

In other matters, police:

-Charged Syndi D. Cook, 42, of 210 Second St., with peace disturbance on the parking lot of the Texas County Jail. Frank Chapman, a dispatcher on duty on June 13, called for assistance from jailer Derek Wilson after a female was seen walking to a large window outside a room there.

As Chapman came around the corner of the jail, he saw Cook raise her shirt up apparently “flashing” her breasts to men in jail, according to a report. Officer Tim Ceplina reported he could hear the inmates in jail when he arrived.

“She said that she had not been drinking or using drugs, just taking a walk and saw the lights on in the jail and decided to flash her breasts,” Ceplina wrote in a report, adding, “She then said if I had been around there, she ‘would have probably flashed me. ‘ “

-Arrested Brandon S. Hudson, 20, ofb11493 Reed Road, Licking, on an Osage County warrant charging him possession of child pornography.

-Cited Scott L. Folsom, 19, 302 N. Grand Ave., No. 2, with no operator’s license and exceeding the speed limit on June 14.

-Arrested Bryon G. Pettijohn, 26, of 1026 W. Highway 17 after a breathalyzer revealed he had been drinking alcohol on June 14.

-Were called to McDonald’s of Houston, where a concrete trash container sustained damage after it was hit by a truck. A manager said a male driver of a red truck struck the container, exited his vehicle and placed the container back on a curb and drive away on June 12.

-Investigated a shoplifting incident that occurred June 8 at Houston Do-it Center. Missing were nailers valued at $215. Video was reviewed of the incident.

-Cited Thomas M. Rector, 26, of Licking, with DWI and driving while license suspended on June 18.

-Charged Lonnie G. Counts, 22, of Camdenton, with DWI and speeding on June 16.
