A Cabool man was arrested May 30 and faces federal charges following an undercover drug investigation, Texas County Sheriff Carl Watson announced in a news release.
Garlin Ray Baney, 61, is being held without bail in the Greene County Jail after officers from the a narcotics unit and South Central Drug Task Force purchased methamphetamine and marijuana from him. A search of Baney’s residence revealed a small amount of meth, drug paraphernalia, one rifle and $1,010 cash.
Also arrested at the home was Brittney S. Ross, 19, of Cabool. She was incarcerated at the Texas County Jail for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
