Brittany LeeAnn Lord and Derek Aaron Hammond were married Saturday, June 9, at the First Baptist Church in Houston.
Judge John Beeler, the groom’s grandfather, and Dr. Howell Burkhead performed the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Mark and Sandra Lord of Houston. The groom’s parents are Mike and Karen Hammond of Licking.
Terra Lamb was maid of honor. James Huff was the best man. Bridesmaids were Jessica Neal, Trezha Malam, Lexie Malam and Jordan Hammond.
Groomsmen were Zach Brown, Nick Maples, Bobby Lane and Dakota Stoops.
Joshua and Benjamin Lord served as ushers.
Flower girls were Sarah Purcell and Kennedy Flanner. The ring bearer was Connor Wilson. Amanda and Shelby Wadkins and Kyle Wilson lit the candles.
Debra Stockard sang “I Will Be There for You.”
Following the ceremony, an outdoor reception was held at the home of the Beelers.
After a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will make their home at Licking.
