Houston police were called to KFC-Taco Bell on Saturday following a report that an intoxicated customer had swiped chicken off the buffet without paying for it.

According to a report, the man was questioned why he wasn’t paying for the food by an employee. “I’m drunk,” he told an employee.

The man bolted out the door driving a black Ford Escort. Police said the investigation continues, and there is a suspect.

In other matters, police:

-Arrested Dallas M. Doyle, 28, of 722 Augusta, on July 4 on a Texas County warrant charging him with resisting arrest by fleeing and creating a substantial risk of serious injury. He posted $10,000 bond.

-Arrested Troy C. Conley, 40, of Yukon, on July 4 on a City of Houston warrant charging him with stealing under $500. He posted $5,000 bond.

-Were called to 220 Chestnut Terrace, where Bruce E. Chubbuck, 79, was pronounced dead of natural causes.

-Cited Megan Neal on a charge of property damage on July 3. Police said she is charged with breaking a window out of her mother’s vehicle.
