A Raymondville man faces numerous charges following a accident Monday night that sent the Texas County Rescue Squad east of Houston on Brushy Creek Road.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Charles R. Mayes, 32, was traveled westbound when the car left the roadway, struck a fence and overturned coming to rest on its top.
Mayes, who was not wearing a seat belt, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, having no insurance and failure to display valid license plates.
Mayes was taken to TCMH with minor injuries, Wiseman said.
