Two local businesses are joining forces Thursday, Sept. 6, to spread some goodwill in Houston.
Forbes’ Pharmacy and D & L Florist are participating in FTD “Good Neighbor Day.” Anyone who shops at either business that day will receive flowers when they promise to keep one for themselves and pass the others on to different people – spreading goodwill and friendship in Houston.
The aim is to get acquainted with new people and renew old friendships, says Shari McCallister of D & L Florist, which is a member of the FTD network.
It’s the 12th year for the FTD event.
