A total of 63 arrests and 57 warnings were issued in conjunction with a S.T.E.P./Hazardous Moving Violations Operation held in Troop G this past Labor Day holiday weekend. The operation was in Texas County, focusing on U.S. 60 and U.S. 63.
These totals include: 29 speed arrests, 14 seat belt arrests, and one uninsured motorist arrest. Officers also made six misdemeanor drug arrests, two misdemeanor warrant arrests, two minor in possession arrests, and nine non-moving arrests.
