The Piney River Quilt Guild will sponsor an exhibit of more than 200 quilts Sept. 22 at Houston.
The event – Quilts…Our Heritage III. More Than a Quilt Show – is 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Houston United Methodist Church, 422 Hawthorn.
Also on display will be wearable art, wall hangings, past guild program samples and challenges, historical vignettes, guessing games with prizes, hourly door prizes and a chance to win the guild’s opportunity quilt or a hand-carved quilt rack.
