Nearly a week after defeating Mountain Grove in straight sets, the seventh grade Lady Tigers were edged out by Raymondville 19-25, 25-18, 15-13 Monday night.
Reanna Craig and Alexa Ichord had seven points apiece for Houston.
Last Tuesday against Mountain Grove, Kenzie Scheets had team highs of 13 points and 11 aces to lead the Lady Tigers.
Scheets also had team-bests of eight kills and 10 digs.
