The Houston Police Department conducted an investigation this past week concerning care of a Houston girl.
Houston police handled an inquiry upon the request of the Missouri Department of Youth Services. A 12-year-old Houston girl admitted to receiving alcohol from her mother, being around marijuana and having relations with a 17-year-old female. The girl was to have been transported to a psychiatric facility for observation and treatment.
In other matters, police:
-Cited Christina M. Villarreal, 18, of 1312 Briarwood, with third-degree assault of Donna R. Heavin, 52, of Winona, at a local business on Oct. 8.
