A Sho-Me Power Corp. line in Houston burned out about 6 o’clock Monday morning putting Houston in the dark. The line served a Sho-Me substation on West Highway 17.
City Administrator Bill Bates said city crews worked with Sho-Me employees to restore power at about 8 a.m.
