Two free movies will be shown in December as part of the holiday season.
Houston Seventh-day Adventist Church is showing “The Nativity Story” at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, and Forbes’ Pharmacy is hosting “Ratatouille” at the Phoenix Theatre Dec. 15.
Tickets for “The Nativity Story” can be picked up at the church’s fellowship hall from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 26-30 or noon until 2 p.m. Dec. 1. The church is at 201 E. Hwy. 17. They are also available at the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Tickets for “Ratatouille” will be handed out at Forbes beginning Dec. 3 and are limited to the first 250 people.
“This is just one more wonderful thing that dedicated chamber members are doing for our residents during the holiday,” said Brenda Senter, chamber director. “We hope families come to the movies and shop locally on these two Saturdays.”
