Authorities are investigating the death of Mark Cosby, 44, who died at TCMH. Cosby was an inmate at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking. It’s the second time since August that an inmate’s death is under investigation. In the earlier case, it was ruled murder. (11:39 a.m.)
