A Cabool man faces several charges after his vehicle ran off Bado Road north of Cabool and struck a tree Friday night.
Tpr. George Falterman said Danny R. Scott, 59, was the driver of the car. He was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Falterman said Scott is charged with DWI, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and wearing no seat belt.
