FNB Official Promoted to President

New leadership has been named at First National Bank in Houston.

Eric Wells was promoted to president, a post formerly held by Logan Dale, who was promoted earlier this year to regional president of personal banking for First National Bank.

Wells began working at First National Bank in Houston in June as vice president and loan officer. He oversaw general administration, lending and business development.

Wells has a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in finance and previously was a commercial lender at Empire Bank in Springfield and consumer lender and operations manager at First National Bank in West Plains.

“Eric has settled in well at First National Bank and in the community of Houston. We feel confident that under Eric’s leadership, the bank will continue to thrive,” said Dale.

FNB-Houston has deposits totaling about $61 million and is the largest bank in Texas County.

Eric, his wife, Shauna, a Mountain View native, and daughter, Regan, reside in Houston. The couple is expecting a second child next year. They enjoy spending quality time together outdoors in the Ozarks.
