Iva Turner, 66, daughter of Frank and Bessie Hannah Brackett Holden, was born Feb. 17, 1941, at Houston. She died Nov. 29, 2007, at Licking Park Manor at Licking.

She married Ernest E. “Tom” Turner Sr. Sept. 23, 1963. They had two sons.

Mrs. Turner was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She loved the farm, working and caring for it; deer hunting, quilting and being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Surviving are two sons, Fred and Ernest Jr. of Licking; three sisters, Vina Blankenship of Salem, Mattie Campbell of Bucyrus and Betty Young of Success.

Services were Dec. 3 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harry Foley officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery.
