A Licking man sustained serious injuries Sunday morning in a crash seven miles east of Licking on Highway 32, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. George Falterman said a 2003 Ford driven by John A. Godi, 20, was westbound when it failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and struck a tree.
Godi, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Falterman said.
The vehicle was totaled.
