An Edgar Springs couple sustained moderate injuries late this morning when their car ran off Highway E north of Houston and struck a mailbox and driveway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. George Falterman of the patrol said Rebecca R. Coats, 29, was traveling west when the mishap occurred. Coats and her husband, James, 32, were transported to TCMH in Houston. Members of the Texas County Rescue Squad also responded.
The driver was wearing a seat belt, Falterman said.
