Ed Hamilton will serve as interim director of the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce while a replacement is sought for the position vacated by Brenda Senter.
Hamilton, the chamber’s president, is also head of the search committee for a new executive director. Senter resigned from the position after a nearly five-year tenure after accepting the position of vice president of membership for the Broken Arrow, Okla.
Senter’s assistant, Claudia Marshall, also announced last week that she would be leaving her post.
