Eli Smith led the Houston JV with six points in a 55-19 loss Tuesday night at Thayer.

The Tigers were defeated 54-34 Saturday by Blue Eye and 48-35 Friday night at Licking.

Kaleb Poynter scored a team-best seven points in Houston’s 20-point loss to Blue Eye. Smith, Justin Buchholz and Jake Scheets added six points apiece for the Tigers.

Smith scored nine points Friday night at Licking as Houston couldn’t hold onto an early lead. The Tigers led 13-1 after one quarter before being outscored 47-22 the rest of the way.

Buchholz and Dewitt each scored six points, and Cory and Jake Scheets added five apiece.
