A Houston man was arrested Friday night and charged with attempting to sale a controlled substance near government property.
Jeffrey L. Wakenight, 23, also faces a charge of possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana. He was arrested near the Houston Housing Authority.
Wakenight is being held at the Texas County Jail with a $85,000 bond.
