Milk and logging trucks collided north of Cabool on Friday afternoon, sending rescue workers to Highway M, said the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said a log truck driven by Daniel C. Crider, 56, of Birch Tree, pulled into the path of the milk truck driven by Bennie R. Sellars, 46, of Mountain Grove. Officers said the milk truck struck the log vehicle in the rear.
Sellars was flown from the scene to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries.
Crider was charged with an illegal left turn. Three patrolmen were on the scene, along with a patrol commercial vehicle officer.
