The Missouri State Highway Patrol made the following arrests in Texas County during the last week:
*Rosemary E. Blair, 20, of Houston, was arrested on a county warrant charging her with fraud, illegal use of a credit card.
*Tyler L. Sparks, 22, of Houston, was arrested on a charge of DWI.
